Personal style consultation

Image and style - how we present ourselves to the outside world - have a crucial impact on how others see us and the way we see ourselves. Great style can give you confidence; if you feel good about yourself you will naturally make a good impression on those around you.

In a style consultation we will look at your style preferences, how you would like to be perceived (your personal brand) and what you would like to acheive. We combine this with talking through the most complimentary styles for your figure line, give you tricks to balance your silhouette and show you how to enhance your natural features. You'll come away feeling more confident about which styles to wear and after the consultation we will send you a personalised style profile to consolidate what we have discussed.

Do you feel: 
- that certain colours wash you out, highlighting circles under your eyes, whereas others instantly lift you making you look fresh and more healthy?
- that if all else fails you rely on a trusted black outfit but wish you had the knowledge and confidence to put together a stylish, individual and colourful look?

In a colour consultation we will show you how and why certain tones work best for your individual colouring, and we will identify those individual shades that enhance your features, brighten your eyes and make your skin look it’s healthiest. We will also demonstrate the best range of colours that you can use to coordinate a balanced and harmonious look, complementing the natural shades in your skin, hair and eyes. 

You will leave with a colour swatch to remind you of your best tones which will help you to co-ordinate colours in your existing wardrobe and give you a clear idea of which colours to buy in future.

Do you feel stuck in a make-up rut? Maybe you don’t wear make-up because you’ve never learnt how to apply it or feel you don’t have the time or inclination to wear it. Well applied make-up in the right tones for your colouring makes a real difference to your overall look. We'll show you how a little bit of make-up in the right shades can help to enhance your features. Plus we'll advise on choosing and applying the most suitable make-up for the occasion, whether you're after a natural everyday look or ideas for a special evening out.

A make-up consultation works best after a full colour consultation as you will see why certain tones and shades complement your natural skin tone, hair and eyes. We use natural and organic cosmetics and make-up where possible.

 

wardrobe planning

The benefits of an organised wardrobe can be miraculous and we’ve seen first hand what a
difference it can make to our clients' lifestyles, saving time, energy and sanity. The way we
dress can really affect our mood, how we feel about ourselves and how we are perceived by
others. We will help you organise your wardrobe and make the most of your existing clothes
so that you feel happier and more confident in dressing for different occasions.

When space is limited a wardrobe can become unruly – clothes are so tightly packed they
are constantly creased and it's impossible to see what’s in there any more. In a Think Style
wardrobe planning consultation we will remove what you no longer wear, separate out what needs to be altered or mended and what can be packed away for another season. We’ll advise you on which of your clothes work best for your shape and colouring, how best to organise and maintain your wardrobe and how to care for your clothes (as naturally as possible) to keep them lasting for as long as possible.

We'll leave you with a user-friendly wardrobe that you’ll appreciate, enjoy and feel fantastic wearing.

We love shopping and take great pride in sourcing the right garments for our clients. We're     confident that our enthusiasm and experience will help you find what you’re looking for.

Do you feel like you never have time to go shopping or perhaps you don’t enjoy it? Or
maybe you don’t have the confidence to try new styles? Do you hate shopping altogether
and find it overwhelming and upsetting? We can help you to avoid expensive mistakes of
buying clothes you never wear or of buying the same old thing you always wear, ultimately     
saving you time and money.

We will discuss with you what you’re looking for, research options and have clothes ready
for you in store to try on. We aim to make the shopping experience easier and more efficient
and, where the opportunity presents itself, more economical.  We tailor ideas for the individual
client and their particular lifestyle, taking the pain out of shopping.

fees and gift vouchers

Prices are per client - we also offer group workshops on style, presentation and ethical fashion and personal shopping for two or more. Please contact us with your requirements. Would you like a stylist for your swishing (clothes swapping) event or party? Get in touch.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and any appointment cancelled within that time will be subject to the full fee. We do ask for a deposit of 50% of the fee at the time of booking. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue, and are non-refundable. Standard 24 hour cancellation policy applies to gift voucher bookings
